This is a Christmas classic that can’t be missed and so here it is!
Ingredients
Next Level vegan sausages
One large aubergine
Olive oil
1 tsp Smoked paprika
1 tsp (Smoked) Salt
Agave syrup
1) Slice the aubergine as thinly as possible and make a sauce with some oil, paprika, salt and agave.
2) cover the aubergine liberally and bake until a little crispy (around ten minutes) in the oven at 180 degrees.
3) Cut the sausages into small lengths and wrap the aubergine around tightly.
4) Heat in the oven for around 15 minutes until the sausages are piping hot.
